Who may use this site?

Only adults: the minimum age is 18, or the local age of majority where that is higher. The pages describe sex, nudity and explicit scenes without euphemisms, and the 18+ question exists for that reason. Under 18, or where reading adult material is not legal, you may not use the site.

What is this site, and what is it not?

It is an independent reference guide to the explicit side of Candy Shorts, not a store, not a player and not part of Candy AI. We describe what the free episodes show, rate it with our own NSFW Index and explain what the rest costs. We sell no subscriptions or tokens, and we operate no part of Candy Shorts.

Any clip you see here is loaded from Candy AI’s servers, and we keep no copy of episodes. To see who writes the guide and how the NSFW Index is set, read about this site; for the independence statement, read the disclaimer.

How do affiliate links work under these terms?

Buttons here that open candy.ai are tracked referral links, so a commission can reach us if you sign up or buy afterwards. The sale itself is an agreement between you and EverAI Limited under its terms; we are not a party to it and cannot change, refund or cancel it for you.

Our ratings do not follow the payout. The NSFW Index comes from the two free episodes and a fixed scale, and we say plainly when a series is soft, slow or expensive to finish. Before you pay anything, our safe-to-pay guide lists the refund window and the cancel path.

Can the facts on this site be wrong or out of date?

Yes: every price, token count and rule here is a snapshot with a date, and Candy AI can change any of them without telling us. We looked at the main prices logged out on October 22, 2026 and again on October 25, 2026. At that point the yearly Premium plan was $3.99 a month, billed as $47.88 per year, on the official subscriptions page.

The catalog moves too. Right now we cover 146 series out of 0 on candy.ai, and those counts update as the catalog changes. Where we could not check something as a guest, such as locked episodes or Spicy synopses, the page says so. When a number matters to your wallet, trust the checkout screen over our table.

Is there any warranty, and who is liable?

There is no warranty: the site and everything on it is provided as it is, and we do not promise it is complete, current or fit for a purpose. Where the law permits, we accept no responsibility for loss that follows from relying on a page, from a purchase made on another site, from a broken link or from the site being offline.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you have by law that cannot be excluded. Reading a guide here is not legal, financial or personal advice, and the spending choice stays yours.

Whose terms apply on candy.ai and candyshorts.com?

Their own: once you click through, the terms of EverAI Limited govern what you do there, not ours. Candy AI’s terms bear the date September 22, 2026 (checked October 22, 2026) and the candyshorts.com terms September 30, 2026 (same check). Both are under Maltese law, with disputes going to the courts of Malta.

Those terms also limit what you may do with the content. Candyshorts.com bans saving, duplicating or passing on episodes, and it bans scrapers; we ask you to respect that. The next section lists what we expect of you here.

What may you not do with this site?

Do not copy or republish our pages, scrape them in bulk, or use them to harass anyone. A short quote with a link back is fine; mirroring a guide is not. The same goes for our tables and the NSFW Index.

• Do not use the site if you are under 18 or if adult content is unlawful where you live.
• Do not send us links to pirated episodes, re-uploads, downloads or cracked apps; we never link, host or recommend them, and we will not reply.
• Do not attack or flood the site; the rate limit described in the privacy policy exists for that.
• Do not present our pages as an official Candy AI statement.

The legitimate free route is the official one: the first two episodes of any public series need no registration at candyshorts.com. Our first NSFW episode guide shows where each series gets explicit.

Who owns the content on this site?

The text, tables and NSFW Index are original work published under the pen name Mara Vexley; the series, titles, posters and videos belong to EverAI Limited and the other rights holders. We use series titles and names only to identify what we describe. The licensed creator twins, described in our guide to NSFW AI twins, borrow the faces of real adult performers, and those names belong to the performers.

Can these terms change?

Yes, and the date at the top of this page changes with them: this version is from October 26, 2026. Keep using the site after a revision and you are taken to agree to it. If a change affects what we store about you, the privacy policy is updated first.

How do you reach us about these terms?

Write to contact@candyaishortsnsfw.com; it is the only contact for the site. No company name or postal address is published, because the site is run independently. The contact page says what we can and cannot help with, and corrections to facts are welcome.
