What are the Candy AI NSFW categories?

The Candy AI NSFW categories on this site are 27 moods, and a mood is the kink or premise a series is built on: MILF, femdom, cuckold, cheating, taboo, wife, stepmom, threesome and 19 more. Cheating is the largest with 72 of the 146 series we cover, and the smallest ones, maid and instructor, hold only a handful each.

A series can wear several moods at once, so the counts overlap. A cheating story that stars a stepmom is counted under both, and the same title can also be a voyeur setup or a vacation fling. Each mood has a page of its own listing every series in it, with the NSFW level of each, the cost to finish and a short note on why it earned the label.

Keep one distinction in mind. A mood answers “what is the setup?”, while the NSFW Index answers “how far does it go?”. A taboo series can sit at Flirt, and a mild-sounding vacation series can reach Full-on, so use the two together. The series list lets you combine both filters.

How is a series assigned to a mood?

A series gets a mood from two places: the official category tag, which both official sites show, and what the two free episodes set up. The official filter bar offers ten tags: Stepsister, Milf, Cuckold, Nympho, Stepmom, Wife, Taboo, Fantasy, Teacher and Maid (candyshorts.com home page, checked October 22, 2026). We carry all ten over, and the official Teacher tag becomes our Instructor mood.

The other 17 moods exist only here: cheating, threesome, femdom, voyeur, boss, bride, vacation, supernatural, royalty, massage, roommates, neighbor, college, fitness, mother-in-law, girlfriend’s mom and best friend’s mom. I add one when the subtitles and the visible setup of episodes 1 and 2 make the premise plain, never on the strength of a locked episode. The same read can also add one of the ten official moods to a series that Candy AI left untagged.

Two limits apply. A mood describes a premise, not a promise: a series labelled femdom has a woman giving orders in the free pair, but that does not mean it contains every act you associate with the word. And a Spicy series has no free pair a guest can read, so its moods rest on what the card itself gives away.

Which Candy AI NSFW kinks are the biggest?

Cheating leads with 72 series, then comes taboo with 54, MILF with 43 and wife with 32. Stepmom, threesome, nympho, femdom and stepsister complete the top nine, and each of them has its own page, with a best-of chart for most.

Size is not heat. On our October 26, 2026 data, threesome is the hottest of the big moods: 9 of its 24 series sit at Full-on, a bigger share than in any other large mood. Cheating, the biggest mood, is mostly foreplay: 45 of its 72 series stop there in the free pair.

Which smaller NSFW categories does the site track?

Eighteen smaller moods fill out the map, from vacation (16) and voyeur (16) down to maid (4) and instructor (3). They are narrower on purpose, and often the better choice when you know the exact fantasy you want.

Does a category tell you how explicit a series is?

No: every large mood spreads across several levels of the NSFW Index, so the label tells you the setup and nothing about the sex. On our October 26, 2026 data, cheating runs from Level 1 to Level 4 (11 at Flirt, 45 at Foreplay, 10 at Explicit and 6 at Full-on), while taboo and MILF reach every level from 1 to 5.

On the same date the Level 5 entries, all Spicy series rated by shelf rule, turn up under taboo, MILF, wife, stepmom, nympho, stepsister, cuckold and instructor, and nowhere else. That is why a mood page lists the level next to each title: the premise gets you to the page, and the level tells you whether the free pair reaches a blowjob or a fuck, or stays on dirty talk.

If heat is your priority, skip the mood and open the most explicit chart. If a kink matters more, use the best-of chart for that mood, where the order is NSFW Index first and title second.

Why do our counts differ from the official filter counts?

Two things pull the numbers apart: we leave 36 series out on purpose, and our read of the free episodes adds moods that Candy AI never tagged. The table sets the official filter counts on candy.ai (October 25, 2026, from the Shorts library) against ours.

Our stepmom number can exceed the official one, which shows the second effect at work: series about a stepmom that never received the official tag still land in the mood when the free episodes make the premise obvious.
