18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

We make no sexually explicit material ourselves and hold no performer records: the series we describe are AI-generated by Candy AI and show adults, and each creator twin is a digital likeness licensed by an adult performer.

Does this site have to keep 18 U.S.C. 2257 records?

No: as we read the law, a site that creates no explicit depictions and only writes about, and links to, another company’s AI-generated series has no performer records to maintain. This page lays out the facts behind that position in plain language. It is not legal advice.

The statement was last reviewed on October 26, 2026. It covers every page of candyaishortsnsfw.com, and it answers the question we are asked most often by readers and by anyone checking our compliance: who made what you see here, and who is in it.

What does AI-generated · 18+ · licensed creator twins mean?

It is our one-line declaration, and each of its three parts is a claim we can point to a source for. Taken one at a time:

What does 18 U.S.C. 2257 require?

It is a US federal law that obliges producers of visual depictions of real people in sexually explicit conduct to check each performer’s age and keep records. Section 2257A and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. part 75 supply the detail.

The obligation rests on whoever produces such depictions, and on whoever adds text or images to a presentation of them. We do not film, photograph, generate or commission pictures or video of sexual conduct, and we do not edit anyone’s footage. Our output is original writing, our own charts and tools, and links.

Are the characters on this site real people?

No, the cast is fictional and every one of them is an adult; the series come from Candy AI, which is operated from Malta by EverAI Limited. The platform’s own terms say everything in the catalog is fictional and made by AI.

Revised on September 30, 2026, the terms on the sister video site say that any resemblance to an actual individual comes with that individual’s explicit permission. Candy AI’s 2257 page on candy.ai, revised February 14, 2025, denies that any real person is depicted in its content. We read both on October 22, 2026.

That second document predates the creator twins, which is why they get their own paragraph below.

What are licensed creator twins?

A creator twin is a licensed digital likeness of a real adult performer, made with her partnership and consent. The help center puts it as “full consent of the creator” (Candy Creators help article, checked October 22, 2026).

17 of the series we cover feature a twin. As of October 22, 2026, six performers had their own Candy Shorts series. The performer is a real adult, and the episode is still AI-generated video that uses a likeness she has licensed. Our twins index names each one, and the AI twins guide explains what a twin is and is not.

We do not stretch Candy AI’s older 2257 wording to cover the twins. We have not seen any licence, we hold no record about a twin’s source material and we cannot vouch for one. Where such records are kept, if anywhere, is a question for the platform’s owner.

Does this site host any explicit images or video?

No video file sits on our servers: the clips in our loop gallery are streamed from Candy AI’s CDN, and every watch button leads out to the official sites. Outside the platform’s own pages and help center we link to nobody.

What we do keep is poster thumbnails and stills that identify a series, plus our text. There is no download feature. The platform’s terms prohibit downloading and redistributing its episodes, which is a second reason we neither store nor re-upload them.

How does the site keep to adults only?

In three ways: all characters are adults, we leave out 36 catalog series on purpose after screening titles and roles, and our writing rules rule out youth-coded wording. Visitors must be 18 or older.

On the platform side, Candy AI’s age policy (checked October 22, 2026) combines an 18+ gate with a zero-tolerance stance on child sexual abuse material, while the video site’s terms bar anyone under 18. If any page here reads to you as youth-coded, or you think something does not belong on an adults-only site, write to the address below and we will review it.

What does this statement say at a glance?

Six lines sum it up: no production by us, no hosting, fictional adults, licensed twins, a named source and one contact address.

FAQ

Is candyaishortsnsfw.com a 2257 producer?

No. The site publishes original text and links and makes no sexually explicit images or video, so there are no performer age records for it to keep.

Are creator twins real people?

The performer behind a twin is a real adult who licensed her likeness. The twin itself is a digital likeness, and the episodes are AI-generated video.

Where are records for a twin's source material kept?

We do not know and hold none. That question belongs with Candy AI, which runs the twins programme.

Is any video on this site real footage?

We host no video. The loops we show stream from Candy AI's servers and come from its AI-generated Candy Shorts episodes.

How do I report a concern about a page?

Email the page address and your reason to the address on our contact page. If it is about adults-only wording or a title, say so, and we will review it.
