Privacy Policy: What This Site Stores About You
This site sets no cookies of its own, keeps no IP address in its counters, runs no third-party trackers or ads, and leaves your 18+ answer, saved shorts and votes on your own device.
What is the short version of this privacy policy?
We keep almost nothing about you, and nothing we keep can be tied to a name, an account or a cookie. This policy covers candyaishortsnsfw.com, an independent guide to the explicit side of Candy Shorts. Candy AI’s own sites fall outside it: candy.ai and candyshorts.com belong to EverAI Limited and follow rules of their own. Current version: October 26, 2026.
| What | Where it lives | Can it identify you? |
|---|---|---|
| Cookies of our own | Nowhere: we set none | Not applicable |
| Daily counters | Our server, as totals per day | No: no IP address, cookie or ID is stored with them |
| Rate-limit check | Server memory, for one minute | A hashed IP address exists for that minute, then it is gone |
| 18+ answer | Browser localStorage | No: held on your phone or computer only |
| Saved shorts | Browser localStorage | No: never sent to us |
| Votes | Browser localStorage | No: kept beside your other browser data |
| Video playback | Candy AI’s content delivery network | Candy AI may log the request under its own policy |
| Clicks to candy.ai | Candy AI’s cookies, set on candy.ai after you click | Handled by Candy AI, not by us |
| Messages you email us | Our inbox | Yes, since email carries a sender address |
Each section below unpacks one row. If a practice is missing from the table, the site’s own code does not do it.
Does this site use cookies?
No: this site sets no cookies of its own, not for counting, not for logging in and not for ads. There is no login here and no profile on a server to hook a cookie to, so a cookie would have no job to do. The only prompt you meet is the 18+ question, and its answer is kept in a different place (see the section on your device).
One boundary matters. Cookies that belong to Candy AI can appear once you leave for candy.ai, and we can neither read nor delete them from here. They are covered in the section on affiliate links.
What do the daily counters record?
They record plain totals per day, the kind of numbers a site needs to know which pages get read and which buttons get pressed, and nothing about who did it. No IP address is stored with a counter, no cookie or device ID is attached, and a total cannot be replayed as someone’s browsing history. A day’s figure is one number.
To keep a script from inflating a counter or hammering the site, a rate limit runs in front of it. For that check only, your IP address is turned into a hash and held in the server’s memory for one minute, then it disappears. It is not stored with the counters and we use it for nothing except the rate limit.
Why count at all?
Counting tells us which guides answer real questions and which ones need a rewrite. It is editorial housekeeping, and it works just as well without knowing anything about the person pressing the button.
What stays on your device?
Three things: your 18+ answer, the shorts you saved and the votes you cast. They sit in localStorage, a storage area your browser keeps on your own phone or computer. That is not a cookie, and we hold no copy of your list.
- 18+ answer: remembers that you confirmed your age on this device, so you are not asked again on each page.
- Saved shorts: your personal shortlist of series, kept so you can come back to it.
- Votes: the choices you made on shorts, kept so the page can show what you already picked.
Wipe the site data from your browser’s settings menu, or browse in a private window, and all three vanish; the 18+ question then comes back on your next visit. Switch phones and your list stays behind, because it was never on our side to begin with.
Do third-party trackers, ads or analytics run here?
No: there are no third-party trackers, no ad networks and no outside analytics scripts on this site. Nothing here reports your visit to an advertiser, a data broker or a social network. The money side is affiliate links, which the disclaimer explains in plain terms.
That choice costs us some convenience, since we get coarse totals and no funnels, and it is deliberate. An adult site that profiled its readers would be a poor fit for the people who read it.
What happens when a video plays?
Your browser fetches the clip straight from Candy AI’s content delivery network, so Candy AI may log that request under its own policy. As with any file request, it carries your IP address and browser details. This site never receives those logs and cannot see or change them.
For how Candy AI handles data, read the legal pages it publishes: Candy AI’s terms (dated September 22, 2026, checked October 22, 2026) and the candyshorts.com terms (dated September 30, 2026) govern its side of the connection.
What happens when you click a Candy AI link?
Cookies from Candy AI are set on candy.ai only after you click through, never while you simply read our pages. Our buttons are affiliate links. When one lands you on candy.ai, Candy AI can set cookies there to record that the visit started from us, which is how a commission is credited if you later sign up or buy.
From that point you are in territory operated by EverAI Limited of Malta, and what you type at sign-up or checkout goes to it, never to us. For the money side of that step, the refund window and the statement name, see our safe-to-pay guide.
What happens when you email us?
We read your message and reply from one address, contact@candyaishortsnsfw.com, which is the only way to send us anything. The site has no accounts and no login, so an email is the one place where your address and your words reach us. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
We use an email to answer it and for nothing else. Ask us to delete a thread and we will. The contact page repeats the address and says what we can help with.
Who runs this site, and how do you contact us?
The site is run independently, written under the declared pen name Mara Vexley, and the only contact is contact@candyaishortsnsfw.com. No company name is published here, so none appears in this policy. Who writes what, and how the NSFW Index is set, is described on the author page and in about this site.
Can you see or delete your data?
For what this site stores through its own code, there is nothing to look up: counters hold no identity and device data never leaves your device. The exception is email you sent us, which we delete when asked. If you live somewhere with data-access rights, you can use them by writing to the address above, and the answer will be short.
Accounts, payments and chats on candy.ai are a different matter. Candy AI holds that data, so requests about it go to Candy AI; its support address, support@candymail.ai, is listed in the candyshorts.com terms (checked October 22, 2026).
Is this site for adults only?
Yes: it is for adults aged 18 or over, and the 18+ question records that you confirmed this on your device. The pages describe sex, nudity and explicit scenes in plain words. Each fictional character in the series we cover is an adult, and the creator twins borrow the faces of adult performers under a licence.
Under 18, or in a place where adult material is banned, you should close this page. The terms of use repeat the rule.
When was this policy last changed?
The current version is dated October 26, 2026. If the site ever adds a counter, a storage item or a third-party service, this page changes first and the date above moves with it. Compare that date with the one you last read.
FAQ
Does candyaishortsnsfw.com use cookies?
No. The site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies you may meet are Candy AI's, and they appear on candy.ai after you click one of our affiliate links.
Do you store my IP address?
Not in any counter. For rate limiting, a hashed version of your IP address sits in server memory for one minute and is then discarded. It is used for nothing else.
Where is my 18+ answer kept?
In your browser's localStorage, on your own device. We have no copy, and wiping the site's data from your browser removes it, after which the 18+ question returns.
Do you sell or share data with advertisers?
No. The site runs no ads and no third-party trackers, and nothing we hold identifies you, so there is nothing to sell. Email you send us stays in our inbox.
Can Candy AI see that I came from your site?
After you click one of our affiliate links, yes: candy.ai can set cookies that credit the visit to us. Before that click, nothing is sent from our pages to Candy AI apart from the video requests described above.
How do I remove my saved shorts and votes?
Delete the stored data for candyaishortsnsfw.com in your browser, or switch to a private window next time. Both lists live only on your device, so nothing has to be deleted on our side.
Who do I contact about privacy?
Write to contact@candyaishortsnsfw.com. For anything about a candy.ai account, payment or chat, contact Candy AI directly, because that data sits with it.
